SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text-messaging program operated by National Hail Center LLC (“National Hail Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

National Hail Center sends text messages for two purposes:

• Customer care: appointment reminders, inspection scheduling, repair status updates, and replies to your questions
• Storm alerts & promotions: occasional alerts about hail events in your area and limited-time offers

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by submitting our contact form at nationalhailcenter.com/contact with the SMS consent checkbox checked. The checkbox is not pre-selected — you must actively check it. We record the consent language version, the timestamp, your IP address, and your browser user-agent as proof of consent.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive several messages per week during an active repair, or only occasional messages otherwise.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages. Check your mobile plan for details. National Hail Center is not responsible for any carrier charges.

5. Opt-Out (STOP) and Help (HELP)

• Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation message.
• Reply HELP at any time to receive assistance, or contact us at hailrepair@nationalhailcenter.com or 800-891-5751.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is not available on all carriers, in all geographies, or at all times.

7. Mobile Information — Non-Sharing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing categories described in our Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Privacy

Information you provide and information collected through the SMS program are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Eligibility

By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you are the authorized account holder of the mobile device on which messages will be received (or have permission from the account holder), and that you are not prohibited by law from receiving the messages.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website or, where required, by SMS. Your continued participation in the program after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
